Creating a new project in Prose is the first step in your structural analysis workflow. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to set up your project with the correct parameters and settings.

Getting Started

Step 1: Create a New Project

Navigate to your dashboard and click the "New Project" button. You'll be prompted to enter basic project information:

  • Project Name: A descriptive name for your project
  • Location: The geographic location of the structure
  • Project Type: Select from building, bridge, or other structure types
  • Design Code: Choose the applicable building code (IBC, ASCE, etc.)
